This WIRED Skill Training brings you into the mindset and approach of innovation. By exploring the mind of your internal and external customers you will be introduced to the means of innovating rapidly with more quality; all the while keeping at the pace of your audience and business. Why do some companies thrive while others falter? What and who affects innovation and the ever changing market? How do you lead your organization to create the next big thing? How are Agile and classical innovation management related?
This skill training is open to those who want to create the framework to lead their organization on to the forefront of innovation. Those who want to challenge their hypothesis and not only learn; but apply new ways of thinking, stay creative and know how to stay ahead of the curve.
The art and science of creating change is really the mastery of innovation, but innovation takes many forms: new products and services that turn customers into evangelists, new sales channels that dominate markets and confound competitors, accelerated product development timeframes that amaze and delight customers, investors and stakeholders, novel technologies that inspire wonder.
"Innovation has nothing to do with how many R&D dollars you have. When Apple came up with the Mac, IBM was spending at least 100 times more on R&D. It's not about money. It's about the people you have, how you're led, and how much you get it."
