In the 1-day Workshop we have supported Estée Lauder with identifying business areas that would benefit most from digital technologies. Which innovations are taking over the digital world? What are the upcoming trends? In inspirational keynotes by selected industry experts and workshops we aimed to encourage employees to think beyond what they know, embrace and incorporate new digital technologies into their daily business. Through interactive sessions they could try out and experience new gadgets and technologies hands-on.

As a partner of the Telekom Austria Group Business School, WIRED is hosting several employee training sessions to create a better understanding of how to face the challenges and opportunities of the digital transformation. We have already implemented several modules for the Group Talent Program that range from topics like Transformation, Innovation to Leadership. Right now WIRED is developing a 1-year Blended Learning Program for the TAG Leadership Program that consists of intesive learning periods with on-site workshops and project work, but also interim periods with additional exercises as well as e-meets. The focus areas are Rethinking Business Models, Innovation&Transformation as well as New Leadership, all in the context of the digital transformation.
