Minimum Viable Product
The goal of the MVP Bootcamp is to help the team and stakeholder to embrace an customer centric lean approach and method.
The MVP Bootcamp complements existing expertise and knowledge with the coaching on state of the art methods, provisioning of insights and best practice sharing.
Guiding the initial team through their incubation phase will also be used as a baseline for developing future products and services portfolio.
The minimum viable product (MVP) is a product which is not fully developed, more acting like a prototype which gives companies the opportunity to learn and improve from customer feedback. By creating a minimum viable product, with less features a minimum of resources are used which also decreases the risk of failing. The minimum viable product addresses the early adapters which in general are more responsive, visionary and forgiving. The method reduces the risk to develop a product nobody wants to buy and enriches the advantages of customer feedback as a learning tool.
Activate your team and let them realize and experience how to work in a lean and agile customer centric way. They learn how to define and realize a first MVP for an identified „customer pain point“ – all that within one week.
“We must learn what customers really want, not what they say they want or what we think they should want.”
The aim is to guide the team through this journey:
"If you are not embarrassed by the first version of your product you´ve launched too late"
